So everyone involved in this case is lying except one. I find it hard to believe that everyone is going along to save the hide of a subject in drop. Give me a break. This agency has a history of arresting it's own, to include a LT. I hate conspiracy theories. The justice system was put in action and it gave it's results. We may not always like the results, but I think it probably did it's best in this situation.
