    Dear Furby

Can you please leave the two senior Sergeants alone. They have done nothing to you and the shift does the best job it can.
As you order us to, we are on the curbs, however, we do have to go inside every once in a while to answer a call... It's not a shot at you if we advise dispatch that we are on the curb? It is an officer safety issue and a reason we need dispatch to know where we are! The most fights and complaints come from Traffic direction. As all districts are, we are short staffed and can only do so much. We never cause a problem, unlike other shifts.... shall I name names?
Apparently the other Sergeants on the other shifts don't get hounded about traffic and you are obviously out to hurt two of the best! This has been confirmed.....

Please put your anger/vendetta into your after action report and decide if you are loyal to BSO ..... or BCAD.....

Just remember BCAD runs the show 😳

He will do what BCAD wants, no matter what period. They pay big bucks to BSO for the contract every year. It's apparent BSO does not know what to do or suggest. I hear he is working on getting new detail deputies to walk a loop of the baggage areas and ticket counters. This will save money and increase visibility. Remember, keep those cars going into the garage to park or using valet parking. BCAD needs more money.

Still no good reason to bully or try and intimidate 2 great Sergeants... No way is the upper command involved in Furbys hatred for these 2... He is specifically targeting them and it is becoming a hostile work environment for everyone.

Why in the world would an airport deputy complain. You guys don't work. The hardest part of your job each day is walking to the bathroom. Stop whining. You guys don't work.

Many of us did our time in other districts for many years and are near retiring. Maybe when you have put your time in you can come here. They are deputies here that haven't work in busy districts and should not be here.

    I'm sorry but no

I have been on two decades plus and still work in a real district, there should be no place to "retire on duty" in this department. As we saw with the active shooter, things can go South very fast at the Airport and if you are in retirement mode or have that "senior" attitude I don't want you there when my family flies in. That Airport needs new blood.

And who exactly do you recommend should be filling the ranks out here? If you put junior guys out here it does a disservice to the Deputy and the Agency. They will have spent their time here and never have handled the same type calls as a District. And think he might be your supervisor one day. But you apparently don't think senior guys sould work there either. So who exactly would you have fill the spots out here? Look... its the same knuckle heads that you deal with fly too. We deal with them too. They pull up to the curb everyday, and some of them work here. So it's the same people with the same attitudes. The difference, they all can be escorted off the property. We don't have any schools, and I'm not going in houses anymore. It's not like it's some other people coming here. We get the good, bad and the ugly too. They just might behave a little better because they want to fly and not get kicked out. So i say again who exactly do you think should be working here?
