    Just wondering if someone can give me a brief run down of the FTP program.

    It depends on the area where you are going to work.

    Ask a local officer in your area how the program is, better yet go out on a ride along and ask the officer conducting the ride along.

    Critical FTOs

    Warning! FTOs are extremely critical here. They need to mentor more instead of torment and criticize. My supervisor is meaner! The academy was more fun.
