Pay cut = fake news
Your tail's on fire, snowflake. There's no income penalty for Mel. In addition to her BPD salary ($125,000+) she also has an annual St Pete pension payout ($75,000+) plus DROP. Future income looks even better! She's on loan from St Pete until Mayor Kriseman brings her back as chief...he owes a political debt to Pride supporters and certain others . . .

BPD is an outpost of Hillary's pantsuit nation. HQ is the AssChief's spacious
new digs a stone's throw from the bridge to St.Pete. It makes a convenient
layover for Chief Pantsuit who's real estate holdings don't and never will
include Manatee County.

Here we go again with the "playing favorites" complaint. Every chief we have ever had has been accused of favoritism. If an officer showed initiative and came up with a new idea: a plan, program, grant, whatever - and was put in a position to develop it and work on it, then all of a sudden that person is perceived as a "favorite" or a "golden boy". The fact is, anyone could have done the same thing, but instead chose to do the minimum, collect a paycheck and go home. You get what you earn - nothing more and nothing less.

Chief Trump?
No wonder she voted for Trump(IMO), she has flip-flopped on almost everything she stated when she went to the squad meetings and other department meetings. Morale is headed south yet once again in this department.

Lol BPD morale is always down. Not a big surprise. Ppl always has something to complain about. Tighten up your Union and maybe yall will see some real changes.
Chief Bevan is probably is the best thing to happen to BPD. She came from a heavy/strong union.
