Not true about being black balled. Dan Tutko was demoted when he was a SGT in reference to an alleged illegal search of a house in Sarasota. He had an CSB appeal and won. He got his stripes back. He was then promoted to Lt. Anything can happen. This has nothing to do with him asking a k9 handler to make his dog alert so he could do a car search. Totally separate incident and is on public record.

• Tutko was demoted under a different administration (not under Knight).
• When Knight was elected, a K9 deputy informed Knight that Tutko had instructed him to make his dog give a "false sniff," which would then give Tutko the legal authority to search the drivers car (it's actually illegal).
• Under Knight's infamous administration, the K9 deputy was punished and was transferred out of the K9 unit.
• Then Knight promoted Tutko to lieutenant and into his inner circle.

Many people are watching the current fight between Knight and the chief judge because it's a lot harder for Knight to manipulate the system to politically and legally screw the judge -- although the jury is still out on that one. Knight almost got his legislative buddy (Senator Greg Steube) to change the law for him, thus almost removing Knight from being under the authority of the judge. Knight punches very hard and works behind the scene. Will Knight be able to screw the judge? Knight's deceptive backhanded politics are amazing! ///NAME EDITED OUT/// asked if Knight made a deal with the devil to be able to do the things he is doing. It's a good question.

I feel extremely sorry for whomever she chooses.. They're signing their own career death certificate.. She may have just been naive/ignorant, but that doesn't change the fact she did this to herself.. She was arrogant and ****y since the academy..
