Apparently all the supervisor in our department are garbage!!!

None of the supervisors did any police work!
They can’t hold anyone accountable!
They got be loved by everyone, by allowing you to do whatever YOU want.

You’re so right. I was late to work a few times and my sgt wanted a slip for the time I wasn’t at work. That guy doesn’t know what he’s doing. I was drinking coffee with my boy who’s a captain and was in the district. He should kind his own business.
