Does any one see the unethical practice of this certain Captain! The section should be call CVC for Carlos Vazquez Connection! The guy has been scamming back to the days of Frank Vecin who said every week that Carlos was getting promoted!!! I guess all the free golf games and clubs didnt pay off! At least not for major.

So his unethical history that every one is blind to see...

1. Jerry Gutierrez doing all his landscaping business accounting on County IGB time!

2. Allow a certain female lieutenant to manipulate court services to benefit from a landscaping contract from her dude.

3. Didnt write evaluations for us for 2 years because he was busy scamming and we did not get our raises on time. But hey...who checked! His first boss was too busy being an attorney and the other one hiding under a desk from the female lieutenant

4. Is in bed with attorney at court services to manipulate court orders

5. And his latest hurrah...he is pushing the work of the medical fraud unit to benefit his buddy from Belen Baseball to benefit their business Leon Medical!

This guy is all about using the county for his gain scamming the system!

I dont know why you keep on picking on the captain when there is a certain lieutenant in court services that runs his real estate business on duty in his county car and no one says anything about it! It's tax time!!!! I bet he even claims the miles on the county cars as business expenses!

Throwing the major under the bus by creating a forum specifically about him and handing him up for doing exactly the same thing you do with a side business on duty when he lets you and CV get away with the same thing! Wow CV you pulled puppet GJ buttons enough that he pushed out Lt. Real Estate to the Pharmaceutical Unit in Northwest with his buddy!!! Another lieutenant running away from this idiot! At least he's closer to work out of his real estate and swap out his county car to use his personal car form his on duty real estate business!

You should have been that aggressive in pursuing Major GJ's puppet strings all 5 times that he took and flunked the GC Open Book Test to work with you!
