Your measured by how many incentive classes you have completed, and weather you have a degree or not. Promotions are not based upon how well you run a pod, do younger deputies look up to you? can you handle yourself in a volatile situation?

Honor Integrity, fair & balanced? Not at the friendly confines of the Pasco County Detention facility. Here we have a deputy on administrative leave. He was working the ever popular J-Wing, home to our favorite retards. He was recorded on camera striking an inmate multiple times. The inmate received minor injuries if any. There was a Sergeant present at the time of the incident. IA investigated it, interviewing all in involved, even taking statements from the rest of the zhit bag inmates on the wing. As it looks he may loose his job, and even possibly be charged with battery.
Once upon a time, not to long ago in the same wing, there was an inmate who nearly had his testicles removed via a nova round and nearly bled out, by a useless Corporal. At the time, let's see if I remember, there was a Lieutenant, a Sergeant and two Corporals involved in the incident. IA allegedly investigated, but since there was no policy in place for the use of the less then lethal, no one was fired, not even time on the porch.
A short time there after, the Attorney for the poor sucker that was nearly murdered, was seen on Bay News 9, pointing out the many inconsistencies in all the reports written by all staff involved. (Falsification) What was done? Nothing!
