Let's see I'm the retard that continuously POST crap. Let examine your state of mind shall we. You also continuously post crap. However, the crap you post seems to not speak to a proven felon working in your mists. Purposely stole tags FBI words not mine to avoid paying tolls FBI's words not mine.
So you are one of three things, retarded and don't realize what a felony is, 2) a felon yourself 3) a friend and protectors of the felon.
It's your choice, with any three you don't belong in police work and should be locked in a jail somewhere.
Nighty nite loser. Your mommy needs you to suckle before your bedtime.

Not only did Sullivan and company lose the first round. They will lose the second round. Then ,well you get it. His Drop money, and a percentage of his paycheck will be garnished on a biweekly basis. Take that to the bank. He has no assets. The guy had to file bankruptcy for god's sake. He might have to do that again. But he has to wait about 3 more years before he can file bankruptcy again. That still does not protect him from a civil judgement. The worse part of this is his wife who is basically on or was on life support will be under supeona for deposition. Bring your popcorn folks. They only have themselves to blame.
When you think your above the law, it always catches up to you. Karma is alive and well.

Here is just a little from the Federal judges motion. Please feel free to view for yourself. At pacer.com

Case 1:15-cv-20444-JAL
Document 82 Entered on FLSD Docket10/19/2016 Page 1 of 46
(This in reference to the Golden Beach incident.)
(Id. ¶ 29.) The Court finds that these allegations, accepted as true, plausibly allege that
Mulvey and Loyal intentionally and/or recklessly provided misleading information in their application for arrest warrants, and/or omitted material information therefrom. That
is, including the omitted facts in the warrant applications and omitting the misleading
information therefrom would have prevented a finding of probable cause.
Loyal, Sullivan, Mulvey, and Breeden.

2. Qualified Immunity- Denied
DONE AND ORDERED in Chambers at Miami, Florida this 19th day of
October, 2016.

Bags of Karma for your lying criminal ways. Please let me break it down for you. Soon you will have to face the fact that garnishments, property, etc... Will be taken away from you. That should hurt your loved ones. Hurt the pocket, is what they say!!!!!
Form of Karma for MDPD Andy Glass:
Suffers a heart attack.
Form of Karma for MDPD K. Sullivan:
His wife has spent most of the 2016 holidays in the hospital with tubes sticking out of her body in order to keep her alive.
Form of Karma for MDPD J. Loyal:
His innocent wife could not stand the site of him and even assahmed to carry his same last name. She kicks him out of his house, and files for divorce.
Form of Karma for FDLE R. Breeden:
He was terminated, well was told to resign or be terminated. Same thing as being terminated. Can't get another job without his past negligent ways with other employees coming to light.
Former friends of the above: T. Valdez & R. Valdez:
Both sentenced to many years in a Federal Prison, plus several years of supervised release upon completion of serving federal time. Loss of R. Valdez pension.
And this leaves us with FDLE C. Mulvey.
No Karma as of yet. We can only hope it comes in a form of bone cancer for yourself or a loved one. Hopefully to suffer a long and painful life.
Happy New Year.
It's just the beginning.
I would say the GBPD are sitting back laughing right about now.

Someone takes the time to enlighten us with information about our corrupt State Attorney and the unethical actions of our Inspector General and you weave it into your Sullivan soap opera.
Guy we got your message. We know Sullivan and company have issues but this is a different topic. Get a grip already. This department has huge issues. Not all of them have to do with Sullivan.

Did you get the message "guy" I personally always found people that said "guy" to be the most ingenious lying pieces of shit there are.
That said, maybe your not grasping the validity of the situation. The lead Public Corruption Agent for the FBI after repeated warnings went and filed a formal complaint. This complain ran it course where the piece of shit agreed to pay $2000 in restitution and make whole an innocent victim he victimized. How my intelligent friend is it a different subject. Isn't one form of corruption just lead to more serious forms of corruption. Spare us the police academy bullshit. If one blatant felon isn't dealt with on the spot how can they deal with another felon.
Keep making excuses for your twin Happy meal eating friend but for the rest of his life he'll be marked a felon and hopefully you right behind.
See ya in Atlanta scumbag!

MENTAL DISORDER:
"A mental disorder, also called a mental illness[1] or psychiatric disorder, is a diagnosis by a mental health professional of a behavioral or mental pattern that may cause suffering or a poor ability to function in life. Such features may be persistent, relapsing and remitting, or occur as a single episode. Many disorders have been described, with signs and symptoms that vary widely between specific disorders.[2][3]
The causes of mental disorders are often unclear. Theories may incorporate findings from a range of fields. Mental disorders are usually defined by a combination of how a person behaves, feels, perceives, or thinks.[2] This may be associated with particular regions or functions of the brain, often in a social context. A mental disorder is one aspect of mental health. Cultural and religious beliefs, as well as social norms, should be taken into account when making a diagnosis.[4]"
