    As to the ongoing sex scandals, these point to individuals which lack moral values and ethics, who cannot control their sexual fantasies and urges, and follow the rules of the agency. If such individuals are not fired they should at least be permanently banned from holding any supervisory or FTO/training position.
    This should be a policy and this deputy had warning signs from his last job. The FTO should be fired also for cheating and this behavior will eventually result in murder. Love triangles are unpredictable exept for extreme jealousy. We carry guns and it is only a matter of time.

    In light of this situation and associated incident, a thorough examination and possible revamping of the vetting process for new applicants should be the first priority. The chances of bad prospects getting hired have to be reduced.
