I heard that loser Captain Castellanos is next to be promoted to Major?! The guy has been thrown out from SRT before for being a coward and your going to promote him?! Really?!

There's currently a chief, who was promoted by JP, who was caught having sex on duty with another officer back in the day.

More Promotions??????......We have more people leaving than coming in.......it's almost criminal......Everybody is going to brown uniforms because we are extremely short.
