Just look at what a disaster Africa (the only world region ran by blacks) is, and you'll notice a pattern. I just had breakfast this morning on Ocean Drive. The waitress that was waiting on me complained that drug sales are prevalent. Every time she has a customer seated, a drug dealer walks up and offer them narcotics.
No proactive enforcement. This chief has to go. Send him back to Aurora, there he can establish a marijuana free zone.

How many Civil Citations have been written? Thanks to the Chiefs brilliant idea he has created a legal area to smoke pot. The dealers are so happy. They are putting together a care package full of all sorts of Maijuana munchies.
