Since the traffic LT thinks he should notify the entire agency of when he goes on vacation..maybe we should see if the traffic unit operates with any more efficiency while he is absent.

That’s sad. To pass Jackie, that takes some serious incompetence. I guess his botch job of supervising alpha and traffic really has upset people. Then add in his “camera & guns” shenanigans. This guy was a serious mistake in being promoted to LT.
