I have never seen so many detectives be so miserable out here. Half want to leave, the other half want to leave days. Who could be the cause? Disband SNd and just have one real unit handle Narc and vice such as VCTF. Consolidate VOWU and SND under street crimes . Too many titles and positions for people like this bozo.
