    Leaders should lead by example. Not lead from the rear. LT Brown is a prime example of leading from the rear. The turnover ratio speaks volumes. With the Major as his role model , what can you expect.

    Leadership is lacking but the good ole boy system is working just fine! It's just like the military or high school, if they like ya, you're good to go no matter what but if they don't everything you do is wrong and if it's right, they'll find a wrong eventually and always behind the back. Good ole boys have a hard time with face to face conversation!
