I am a citizen who was told about this forum from church members. I have talked with Deputies who used to work with you and current employees. Why are there not more blacks and women in the ranks with your department. I have been told the blacks and women are treated differently with discipline and advancement. I noticed on this forum racial comments, is this the norm for this department. I hope this is not the case in Milton, DOJ should be involved to investigate if this is true.
