Ive seen some crazy thing happen here at ABT. But theres no way there going to promote a man from agent to captain when he had the opportunity to put in for LT multiple times and didnt. He was denied once for captain, hell be denied again

Sounds like a captain to me. How is he when it comes to forwarding emails? That is the true test. No original thought capability is key.

Horrible. Rather than hit the forward button Hell argue with the major as to why he has to forward. Then hell argue on how it could be forwarded better. Then hell forward it. Then hell complain about forwarding it for two weeks and tell us all how how bad abt is and how it could be better but then conplain its too much work an go home by 2:30pm

How come SH is not being considered for the capt slot. She has many years with ABT and has her act together.

The major has already decided to promote the agent. The other people on the panel will go along with the major since it is his region. The interviews are just a formality.

One could say shes never been LT so how can she be capt but the major's pick has never been LT either
