Jails full and we have ADAP but sentence a first time offender to that unthinkable. It was all done in an effort to discredit her because of other factors coming to light in this case.

How come she wasn't processed thru APAD since it was a misdemeanor crime? She never been arrested before.

We all know that the Courts will often agree to a lesser charge to keep the felony conviction off of the record, but give them the max on the lesser charge.

SAO full of crap and couldn't get her convicted of a felony. Jury prevailed and do to a unchecked and unbalanced justice system someone has to spend a year in jail.

If she drew down on your family for a stupid reason you might have a different opinion.

Victims don't follow and engage other parties in a verbal confrontation with occupants including a child in the car. Victims are not reluctant to prosecute and only do so after being proaded by the SAO. If holding a gun up in a vehicle because you are in fear of an impending attack then stand your ground was not used in arguments during the trial. Langlis might be a nut but this case was all about politics.
