Victims don't follow and engage other parties in a verbal confrontation with occupants including a child in the car. Victims are not reluctant to prosecute and only do so after being proaded by the SAO. If holding a gun up in a vehicle because you are in fear of an impending attack then stand your ground was not used in arguments during the trial. What she was arrested for is irrelevant. What she convicted on by a jury was a misdemeanor. The jury has no say in the sentence. No one, and I mean no one ever gets the maximum sentence on a first time conviction. In fact repeat felons walk on probation every dam day. Judge WILLIAM BURGESS threw the book at her with malice and prejudice. This would be the same judge who put low bonds on a nut who tried to kill a deputy but missed twice. Remember that ass's name when he is up for re-election in 2018. Because he will come to the FOP's and PBA's looking for endorsements. He is a POS and needs to go work for the PD's office where he would fit in.

You don't know what you are talking about. They cleared a unit housing 12 inmates for her and provided her with a TV, a computer and internet access. The IT people were there setting it all up. Other protective custody inmates do not have access to TVs and computers. They are definitely catering to her per the jailer command staff who are acting on orders from Bob.
