Circuit 6 is not allowed to participate in PCI'S

So our circuit is not letting us participate in PCI's anymore. We are no longer allowed to assist other law enforcement agencies. Just when things are bad they get worse!!

Why is there so much drama in circuit 6 all the time?

You guys should move here. You can get to work 9ish. Stand in the hallway for a couple hours gossiping, then go to lunch. Bring the food back after an hour and sit in your office and eat. Leave at 2pm to get the kids from school and flex all day Thursday because you're out of hours.

Public safety in action at it's finest :-)

So, if the above is true or even half true, why do all those Circuit 6 folks come on here and complain all the time? Looks like they got it made in the shade.

That is because we are now social workers. If you want to play cop, go get LEO certified.

Let me add to this point. In our Circuit we are not allowed to attach a warrant to our VOP's.

WHAT???? And your judges or SAO don't ask for them? If you submitted a VOP without a warrant in my circuit or judges would read you the riot act. Who's policy is that? This doesn't appear in the procedure manual! Somebody should be charged with dereliction of duty!

Our chief judge signed an order saying that vop will only have a warrant when there are new charges only. All others will have a notice to appear only. Even when they absconded. We are no different then DCF.
