This is all reflective of the longstanding culture of this organization. If you act normally and do your job, this type of thing does not happen to you. This officer should be extracted from this organization, and a strong message should be sent to those who share her values. The Commissioners were smart enough to recognize what was happening, and it was great to see them react quickly.
