Sgt. Lugo's theft conviction embarasses the honest cops at MDPD

Once again the stench of theft and corruption soils our brown shirt and damages the trust placed on us by our community. We knew it was coming and there will be more on the way.
Guys like Lugo are a dime a dozen in this department. You know them, they are the sacred cows allowed to run amok by a corrupt administration made up of Gimenez and Barbara Jordan stooges.
Thank you PCB for at least putting a stop to this gas theft mental midget. Hopefully those with twisted tendencies are watching.

    Gas theft

You would think he saw the Rose Stabio gas theft incident almost a year before, and said to himself "Maybe I shouldn't do this anymore."

Why would you keep risking yourself as you watch others get busted?

So stealing a few hundred in gas is punishable by 5 years but stealing in thousands is promotion to chief and major something isn't right here. I'm so lost

Why would you even put that low-bid rotten county gas in a Ferrari?

Lugo and all those listed here are poor examples of what a police officer should be. The lineage to Glass extends from Ricky Smith through Juan Santana. This sorry excuse of a Major has made a living out of scraping the bottom of the barrel. The book is still open on him. Hopefylly one day soon we will see his sorry arse being dragged in an orange jumpsuit around the federal courthouse in Downton Miami.

The same way Jorge Perez (who shoots his own partner, smokes cigars all day with Nestor Montesino and George Soto a.k.a. King Kiss Ass) gets made Major and will keep moving up...the MDPD Mob-Juan Perez and company!

Please if Lugo's attorneys been bright they should if realize they would not get a fair trail in Dade. The day his case was aired on TV by the police not his attorneys he was guilty. Plus with KR's world no cop is inoccent unless you have the smoking gun to prove it. And with that proof of innocence you still get arrested, charged, and taken for a costly ride just as the GB boys and the few others who been able to get it done "not many" for sure. Plus the Lugo's had been a special project to a certain individual who caters to political enemies. Thier close relationship to the Alvarez faction made them a special project to a MF in this department. And it's true them boys had no clue living that fantasy life they lived as cops. See Lugo couldn't be a court or OT target which would of been easier to do because of the so many Court and OT bandits we heard or not heard of scoot free. That type of prosecution would of opened one serious can oh holly shit, the gas thing was easier. A typical PCB case, BS all the way but when the lies, time, money, and media conviction ain't on your side your pretty much done. Maybe Lugo should do the best next thing, and start spilling the beans on folks that done worst. If you do don't do it in Miami my friend, find another field office whose willing to listen and act cause here that type of move just doesn't move forward. Just look at BLM, they can't shake any trees here. If BLM has caused such movement around the Nation with the few incidents, let's remember 2011 and 2012 in Miami and Miami Dade, nothing happened not one thing other than a letter from the Feds.
