    Negotiations

No holidays, no off duty, no details.. no way your keeping officers. What else can we give up to pay for a couple officers raise?

The fault lies entirely with the people we voted in as leaders. A call for new elections is in order. giving raises to a few does not work for the entire force.

    Reps

Sad to hear reps being overheard talking down about some more senior and junior officers and looking out for themselves #dowhatittakestogettothetop

we need to dump the bunch of them. they suck and do not care about the newer officers. we have the largest group, vote them out. How do we call for a referendum to dump these jerks for working for themselves.

Have any of the anonymous complainers on this forum addressed this in person? Nothing can be done by *****ing about it here.

Staley is just worried about making Captain. Carlisle cannot be trusted (anytime). Lopez wants everything just for himself. these are your supervisors. Younger officers be aware of who is leading you and what they care about it is not you! And since some are our FOP "negotiators" they need to watched and never trusted.

    Those reps tho

Those reps, the ones you so adamantly demand are voted out, went to battle for you today. Stuck their neck a out for you and as a result have gained ground with the City. Stay positive, unify and start showing up to the meetings. It makes a huge difference. If you sit back and expect something to happen without getting involved, you are more naive than I care to believe. Step up, make a difference and if you have a problem, bring it to the attention of your respective rep. Don't bash them. They put out their personal lives and agendas to represent you and do business for you. (Drops mic)
