Why BSO? Look at the way they talk to and treat each other on these forums. Did you honestly think they would give you advice? Nothing but pure professionals. There are more professional agencies you can work for.

Answer the written test honestly. Admit your faults, everyone has them. If you try to fool the test, you May come off as defensive; the Dr will see right through it.

This is a lie. This place is full of liars starting with the Command staff. If you are honest then go apply somewhere else.
