ILP Award???

This goes to show what the sheriff is willing to reward is just as screwed up as what he is willing to punish. Detention, or court services, or whatever it's called this month has this deputy (initials S.M.) who was recently given an award for his efforts in ILP within the jail. This particular deputy has spent half of his career answering phones at the front desk due to his BS claims of one injury or another. Everytime he goes to the PAT he returns only to go on light duty yet again. The only intel he has ever provided was on his fellow deputies. He was passed over for training deputy time and time again because he is a joke, finally they gave him that. He has been passed over for corporal as well, countless times. It's this kind of constant poor judgement exhibited by the powers that be that leave us all scratching our heads!!

No you can't make this crap up. Once more, some of them they even promote. This is never more true then in the jail, there is an abundance shit bag leaders. Sergeants making 70K sitting on their fat asses doing nothing. Corporals not helping out when we are short(By the way that's every day). 26 new bodies on the floor and OT is still out of control.
Beckman said before he took the money and run, things were going to get better. The current puttana says the same crap and it's only getting worse. IPS team has not made the jail safer, nor have they helped solved any cold cases through ILP.

The last punishment in Detention I recall was demotion oda certain Lt(DM) This administration doesn't believe in punishment/disciplinary action. They only believe in firing or looking the other way (if firing might make them look like guilty of something).
S.M. has always been joke. He is one of the biggest talkers -yet has NEVER been known to be anything more than a pain in the ass. He talks a good game like he knows what the hell he is doing - big joke. He has never gone out of his way to help another deputy - except ro throw them under the bus. Most people were thankful he was at the front desk - it got him away from us. Which equates to less pot stirring and hearing him praddle on about whatever grand illusion he had going in his brain.
ILP can be useful, but that takes actually paying attention and maybe caring a wee bit. Get used to this, it will NEVER CHANGE. The BOSS does not care as long as he can get on TV and spout off crap about how he has made the county safer. The jail is NOT his priority, Hell his people aren't his priority- he has demonstrated this repeated. Watch out for eachother, because Admin. Doesn't give a crap. They keep demonstrating this over and over again.

Most of the Floridian degenerates working in administration and as command staff are at least smart enough to know they will never make the salary they do now outside of Pasco. There are no standouts who are for Deputies, who lead from the front. This is the nature of Pasco(Road & Jail).

Garbage mentoring garbage. It does not get better with time. Nocco is a self absorbed A-hole, he did not earn his way to Sheriff, he was placed. Team-Nocc-hole is a joke. PBA/FOP are useless as tits on a boar. True support for deputies is scarce.

You are all on the chopping block and beware there are back stabbing spies everywhere, even on this forum. There is a list of contributors on the state election web site that some one on the forum posted in another thread. Just follow the MONEY and see who gets promoted. I said it before Nocco is an amateur trying to be something big. He is a second rate at best and never spent time in the streets himself so why would he give recognition or promotion to real cops. Everyone thought the TASER incident would take him down but apparently Scott or Rubio must have intervened since the reporter left it alone and dropped the ball without even a whisper after the scathing report.
