I normally just read this trash page for laughs. I am what some of you would call an old timer in Patrol. I have known all
of those ladies a long time from when some of them were Sgts on shift. From what I have seen, you must have some spoiled brats who were not weaned from their mother working in the jail. None of you know more about the jail than those ladies. If I were you, I would be picking their brain to learn the operations instead of bringing up old news on here.
I know one is very fair and ran a good shift back in the day. All of the CO'S that worked for her said she was fair and
just wanted them to do their job. Sometimes you can have it worst than what you have. Be thankful you have someone who treats all of you as equals and fairly. It could be worst! You can come on the road and we can help make you a man
and stop your whining. My other advise is that Escambia and the state are hiring. Trust me, they will not put up with your whining ass. They will show you the door. That is what needs to be done now, show you the door instead of listening to
your whining all the time. Leave them alone. Go talk to them, you will learn more to advance your career instead of trying to dig up dirt and slander their names. I have never seen anyone in the jail be happy with their admin all of these years. Do you think maybe it is you and not them... just saying. Check yourself first.

I will try to answer it in terms many know and understand.

Because some particular female higher up does not live the policy she enforces. Because it is not enforced on that particular female. Because other particular females, particularly the jail major, likes having "girl power."

This major likes brain power no matter what sex or color you are! Look around..... you've got white and black female supervisors, black and white male supervisors, day shift personnel are also a mix of black and white, male and female. Why don't you try learning all you can from all these people so you'll be a better officer rather than complaining?

If its the steroid guy, he beat her up last yesr or year before. He got popped for dui from w wreck and beating her. Did she take him back and mary him? That's kinda messed up.
