My how quickly we forget......is she the only supervisor that has made some mistakes? Certainly you remember about the jail supervisors who were viewing inappropriate material (porn) on agency computers while on duty? Only one of those was demoted. There are other supervisors who have made mistakes, they've been addressed and it's time to move on. What about you? Should the agency hold your mistakes over your head forever?

What "Code of Ethics" was violated? Do you think that having extra marital affairs is an ethical violation? What about neglect of job duties? Do you go out with your coworkers and have drinks, then allow them to drive? Do you go or do you know coworkers who go to concerts or music festivals and "roll"? What about your co-workers who call in all the time? What about your co-workers who don't pay their bills on time and their phone gets shut off? What about the ones that don't really do their head counts? What about all the people carrying their personal cell phones? Aren't all those things violations of the Canon of Ethics and/policy? Yet, I see nothing about those things, strictly vague references to one individual. My guess is that you're either jealous of where she's at or you're jealous because she doesn't want you. Finally, if you truly believe that the Canon of Ethics or agency policy has been violated, you are obligated to report it! So, where is YOUR integrity?
