If I understand correctly, Turner used his patrol car to go meet up with someone and they had sex, granted off duty. They still met while he was working. And he was married at the time of his unfaithfulness. But yet he still keeps his job. But Wilson and Kilgore have conversations with the opposite sex (separate incidents),and the admin wants to fire them or force them out. Neither Wilson or Kilgore had physical contact with the other half involved in the conversation. Where is the fairness and equal discipline in this case. I think Wilson and Kilgore may have a good case going here.

Wilson's was not a juvenile, she was 18.

Kilgore was a creepy stalker who we were lucky to get rid of before he ended up giving us more bad press. Good riddance. Ask some of the female deputies that worked around him.

Kilgore was never accused of stalking and was very honest during his IA. Sure, he made a mistake, but he owned up to it. And others have done much worse than him, some even committed criminal offenses and still kept their careers. Kilgore was forced out under pressure by haines. Kilgore was never accused of a crime, only a policy violation, same as Wilson

There was a time when we had a code. What happened on shift stayed on shift. We didn't throw other people's business into the street. The only losers on this thread are the one's talking trash about others and especially the one who initiated this post.
