What or who is being covered in this agency? Not sure if anyone is smart enough to figure it out but our agency has now been exposed. Cannot keep yourselves in denial any longer. It is growing on it's own now.

Question is how long will the City Manager allow this all to fester and expand before acting swiftly?

That 2 million plus payouts could have made a lot of City employees who work very hard and without issue some well deserved raises. But not now. It will be years before it can recover. That is until the next payout by the dog boy. Poor dog. Even the poor dog doesn't deserve a handler like this guy.
