Absolute bad joke, you could totally file a lawsuit LOL. selective enforcement is not management rights. ..... your dept. Has a "police officer" that has a closet administrative job with a 2% out of class pay raise since 1998. He has not written a 17 report in all of his 16 years. I looked it up at your records department. He had selects and generates his own personal overtime every pay period. If you want to not get a transfer just bring it up in writing . Those of you who want 2% back pay and a pension bump can get it too. He can sell back sick time you can't, he can't be denied a day off, like you guys can. This would not happen at HPD or any PD other than this reckless place. When you know his Captain it makes sense , I have met him ...... robo el delincuente.
