No need to fly off the handle like that. Just quit texting and stay in your lane next time so the rest of the department doesn't look stupid because of your mistakes.

Good thing nobody was killed or hurt bad. No word if the deputy was DUI or if he was even tested. No doubt the victim will sue and get a bunch of money. Stupid accidents like this one eat into the budget so pay attention when you drive.

And yet AGAIN?? When you morons feel like the laws don't apply to you and you can run lights whenever you feel like it, here is a clue.... The laws of physics still apply. As in the mass of your car striking the other car you just hit.

So what your saying is that anytime someone runs a red light, they should be arrested for RECKLESS DRIVING? You do realize that RD is an arrestable offense? The State of Florida realizes their is a difference between driving CARELESSLY and driving RECKLESSLY, and allows us to use our judgement to make an arrest or give a moving violation..

Maybe that'a part of the problem..... that "discretion" you call it. When was the last time a PCSO deputy wrote another PCSO deputy a citation? Perhaps that explains why PCSO deputies drive so recklessly.
