Fitch Report Not Good For Sheriff

Fitch report on Communications sites poor management, among other failings.
Poor Colonel Kinsey. If only she payed more attention to her actual job and the employees under her charge.

    Google propaganda

This administration learned a lot from the Third Reich and that's how the Fuhrer (Scott) runs it.

Sheriff will do the same thing for the Communications fiasco as he did with the CPIS mess, Crime Lab joke, Courthouse wreck and Training mutiny! A big fat NOTHING as these positions are all filled by friends, crony girlfriends or political appointees.

Go back and read the Sentinel story. It clearly says they are talking about the County's overall management of the system. The report really praised BSO (the bodies in the chairs):

"When it comes to answering 911 calls, the report says, 'the Broward system actually exhibits some of the best performance seen in large 911 centers across the nation.'"

It slammed the County, but pretty much praised BSO. It did say we don't need more people, but that we should be able to reallocate where/when they work once the county adopts national standards and stops insisting of meeting "goals" that are meaningless junk standards they invented.

    wtf

All this report talks about is measurements and staffing. 101 pages of nothing. It would be nice if the consultant looked at other issues that matter to the employees. like our management sucks. Our training sucks. If we are over staffed then our schedules suck because we get mandated every day. So over this political dog and pony show. Leave it to the county to hire someone who was a sunrise fire chief and city manager. Really? ? We all know sunrise is up the Sheriffs butt, then you go and hire someone in their pocket to produce a report about how the county sucks. Time for everyone to jump ship. This report certainty won't help us since we performing so well, despite we are miserable every day.

Maybe you should go back and read the report. "Measures of the system's performance, as initially drafted by law enforcement, fire and Municipal leaders, and implemented by county staff. ......" What this sentence means is that the county just implemented what the agencies wanted.
