Who else thinks this guy is striaght up nuts. I've met some Baker Acts but he takes the Gold medal in my opinion. Nice try that's BS. Every place Nanney has worked arrests have gone up while complaints have gone down, especially here in Northside where despite being a white guy the people both troops and community loved him.
