I hooe its an internal person who gets it. That way they know what were all about and they can keep us moving in a positive direction.

The new chief won't be allowed to go off on a tangent like some have in the past. We will continue on the correct and current mission so long as the director and deputy remain as a team. Think about it. It has taken a year to get where we should be. That is because we had to back all the way out of the previous path of stupidity in order to get back to the main road. We need a team member that is really part of the team not some "visionary moron"
I can't help but think the list for chief is short and it won't matter if the pick is from the inside or not.
