Oh puleeeze. It's all part of a smear campaign against the Mayor from a handful of vindictive and ethically challenged council members and disgruntled lobbyists no one wants to hire.

This is an easy case to investigate. Cut and dried if there's any criminal activity. The fact that the SAO has been looking at NMB and all of the council and administration for 2 years means they have absolutely nothing.

Either arrest/indict or issue a close out memo already.
