Coming from a Toledo cop, Diggs is going to tear everyone a new hole. You can kiss every ammenity goodbye, and start buying a bunch of pens because you'll need them to sign all the write ups he hands out. You so much as look at him the wrong way and he will corner you and quiz you on policies and if you don't know the answer, start bending over. You guys get 90 minute work out sessions? We only got 30 minutes for a break on a 12 hour shift. And if he sees you sitting around, you better have a good reason for it especially if he sees you're on a BS station call to kill time. Sorry guys, I wish you all the best of luck...

I don't mind the uniform inspections at all. It was/is something that was VERY needed. Look at how some of the officers wore their uniforms. It was an embarrassment, we should all look like we are squared away. You get 4 uniforms, which equals 1 clean fresh uniform a workday. Some officer work a whole week with 1 uniform- and remember guys/gals it is hot and humid down here, so we all sweat. It is disquisting to look at someones uniform and see large white sweatmarks on that old crusty uniform.
the days of looking like crap are over

Well I am not impressed with recent DR/task force/swat team initiative, what the hell are they supposed to be doing? Driving around aimlessly, it was designed as an Intel gathering initiative, instead it is another useless feel good detail that has no direction. Good use of manpower, take some more out of patrol, administration seems to think it is a bottomless pit of personnel. Specialty units have demonstrated the past few years under Baker that they have no effect on violent crime and use disproportionate amount of manpower resources.
