What is going on in the Northend! Promoting scared officers to Sgt who sound like idiots on the radio. Only a few Sergeants know what the flip is going on up there half the time! There is only 1 or 2 that they have promoted that belong up there and know what they are doing.

Most of the Sgts are qru but there are a few that were zeros as officers and want to demand stats as a Sgt. If you were a piece of shit officer don't demand stats and try to sound like a know it all.
