Guess some of the new sgts are just gonna be AH. Well what can any of us do? Nothing. We have Cun+$, AH,back stabbed and down right poor leadership. I guess take the test and see what sticks. And become your own AH to someone. Can and will definitely get worse.

Why is this guy still a Sgt? How is this possible? Why does it just keep getting pushed on and no one says anything? How do they not see the individual and say they will absolutely make things worse and create more havoc then already needed? Just because they passed a test doesn't mean they are needed in leadership.

If you think he is bad just wait for the AO. The staff doesn't care about morale or treatment of regular road officers as long they aren't bothered why care or even do anything to actually look at who is being looked at for promotion. Just plugging the holes with loose $/^&@

Are you terrified that AO will hold you accountable and expect you to do your job? Oh before you say it...this is NOT AO!

Are you the one that didn't take the test because you are too lazy to do anything other that hide and sleep all day or night?

Maybe you are an under 5 foot 5 inch disgruntled slug that had his car taken away for 6 months?

What does he have to do with this? So your all for someone making an already stressful job even more worse by being an AH at a whim? Sound like your in a specializedunit and won't be affected. Yea that's it.

You can always tell a supervisor sitting behind their desk doing nothing all day long, they're the first ones to bring up the "spelling scenario". Guess what, Sergeant OM , you should've never been hired when you resigned from Hollywood PD. Obviously you sure should not of been promoted either. The previous chief knew you were, "just a little off".
It was evident when the 5'2" guy got his balls busted on your fictious 50 while conspiring with his Sgt. You'd be nothing more than a Rat!
