Along the way the tyrant drops a couple of crumbs to the puppet (in this case the appearance of power and a few retirement benefits) and he winds up the puppet so he can speak in public and get his rocks off that way. Everything indicates that Organvidez will be named director after the elections are over. He was Gimenez's choice but could not be named because he was on the drop. The Mayor has had enough of Perez and no crawling or begging will change his mind. Interesting thing is when Organvidez takes over Perez will have no choice but to resign or be demoted so he can say goodbye to his drop monies.
