    Wow,

Hearing your director speak publicly yesterday. MDPD should never allow this idiot to ever speak publicly again.

It's shocking what your agency has sank to.

God help all the good officers in your agency.

What cave did this guy grow up in and in what country?

You should hear him in internal meetings. He "earned" his degree from Phonenix or Barry. One of those life studies degrees that you only have to pay for.

Leave him alone. He's getting trained by Mendez and practicing in the mirror daily. He will sound like General Patton in no time at all.

He sounds more like Mongo from the move Blazing Saddles but the Latino version. Kind of a bit like Foreat Gump but with that Tony ScarFace Momtana Accent "police are like chocolates, many assorted flavors" jajajajajajajajajaja

Mi number was Juansito el Mongito que le da el Culito al Jefesito Gemenito

Typical of what happens in a despot government. In this case, a tyrant mayor, appoints the bottom of the barrel to director so the mayor can rule through his puppet. Along the way the tyrant drops a couple of crumbs to the puppet (in this case the appearance of power and a few retirement benefits) and he winds up the puppet so he can speak in public and get his rocks off that way. Let there be no doubt Juanito, and I know you read every passage posted here, you are an empty shell pretending to be everybody's friend. You sold your soul to a corrupt mayor who swayed you with his siren song and along the way you betrayed everything this department once stood for. We spit on you literally and we feel nothing but pity for you.

Venom in one's heart is self-destructive, transform your righteous ire into positive action. Early voting may be scheduled to start on or about August 15th. Here is what you could do to effect needed change: after completing your shift, on your days off and even taking 'COMP' time off, take folks who cannot to the early voting sites so they might vote for Raquel.

Regalado will not move him. He plays it safe, placates to every side and avoids taking strong positions on anything. Why would she want to move him? He will do whatever she says, same as now.

We have to worry about the next Mayor's position on our issues, not his. Unless they appoint someone from the outside, you can expect the same thing from all of our command staff. My advice, pay close attention to the candidates and decide from there.

Everything indicates that Organvidez will be named director after the elections are over. He was Gimenez's choice but could not be named because he was on the drop. The Mayor has had enough of Perez and no crawling or begging will change his mind. Interesting thing is when Organvidez takes over Perez will have no choice but to resign or be demoted so he can say goodbye to his drop monies. A fitting end to a career that resulted in good hip-hop dancing and poor police work.
