Being a sergeant in this place is anything but flying an aircraft, but nice try. The truth is, this place has a longstanding history of it's veterans being lazy, incompetent and dummies. Experience in what...scamming, hiding, eating, shopping, and playing police in an agency that has been a laughing stock until some of us "newbies" got here.

Actually newbies, We vets have the benefit of hind sight. Something you lack because you just started. This happens though observation. We realized early in the game, Its who you know rather than what you know. So, why the **** should we risk our lives more than required, when we know that those in the know, will keep their cronied safe by giving them safe assignments to protect them from danger. So guess what rookie ****heads, go ahead and make the same mistake we did when we started do 19s, run to the high risk scene. We are at the finish line. So, when your ass is buried we will still be here to tell your widows and children of your misfortune. Oh the glory. Somohano left because he didnt like being callef school security. He went to metro to be a "real cop" Now hes a "dead cop" rethink it dude. The establishment here will replace you in a new york minute. we are just bodies. Since the whole system is rigged. Just ****en enjoy your paycheck. The bosses are doing just that. They dont care about society just the money they make.

Where we stand is that it doesn't matter if you take the test. We already have proof that you can be an officer(walker) and get a triple promotion to commander. You can also be a sergeant and be promoted to commander. So why should you stress about taking a test? It depends on who the chief want. Speaking of the chief, it's the Hurley show all over again. Hurley's people are the only ones getting hooked up. Edwin being promoted to a major is a joke! Hurley's girlfriend Jackson skipped being a Lt, Guess Bola will be next, mark my words. The hurley club is still in full effect. Also chief, heard your presentation SUCKED! Every officer that was there said so.

Unchecked because we have a weak union president that refuses to address our concerns and hold moffett accountable. We all stand around and talk about our messed up cars, useless trainings, drills and conferences. We see how the same people get hooked up in the command staff which leaves us without hope of advancement. Moffett hates the lieutenants and has turned them into secretaries. If he had it his way he would phase them out. And there is a growing racial divide. Once upon a time we were a happy family now moffett has made working here a living hell.
