You are probably the problem. Please have a cafecito and relax. We are make believe because our crime is a joke, we have squads dedicated to making a 29 out of anything, and we get paid well. Other departments hate us because they ain't us. Instead of enjoying your quality of life provided and fighting to keep it in place, you want to cry that we aren't a "real" police department. If you want to fight real crime go over the bridge. We have the least amount of stress and great benefits. Try to enjoy them instead of *****ing about it.

AC ain't getting his job back. With the scrutiny Law Enforcement is under no arbitrator is going to side with the union on a middle management police supervisor watching porn while on duty. It leaves to much to question about his morals and ethics.

The only problem the city has is he was disciplined for that offense. Not one but twice so with that being the issue he will be back. And once again IA conducted a mess with the investigation. With that being said where are all the guys that were wrongly accused and you personal E-mails tampered with. I thought there was going to be a lawsuit on the chief and city for that. If we continue to allow the dirt bags continue to make up their own rules and lie during an IA investigation than I guess we get what we get.
