Maybe because some have never made an arrest in their lives or testified in court. Some where only ever road toads or sro's and haven't a clue of how to put a case together.

Here's a better question, name the captain's that have investigated real crimes. And, handling elementary school children crimes don't count.

Yet, you would think with their attitudes they are God's gift to Police work.

My friends, this is the new age of law enforcement either learn to deal with it or get the f**k out.

I say pull out, let the savages kill each other, call in BLM to handle crimes with their number one supporter President " yes we can" Nobama as their backups and the Clintons can cover the crimes up for them.

There is a civil riot on the horizon and it's going to get extremely ugly in this country because People have had it with the corruption.

Sorry to say, there is major corruption that starts in Washington all the way down to a little city known as Miramar.

Get used to it, it's your future.

But how do we police officers in this little town called Miramar fight against the spinless , corrupt , fake police officers whom have nothing to show for their career , non leader command staff starting from the chief ( biggest hypocrite) down ? How do we protect ourselves ? How do we feel when we see others due to race being or rather given positions they do not deserve ? When positions are given due to who you know ? Who you play golf with , who is invited to the " white party" ( remember your party DW?)

Funny people said it was a " good old boy " system prior to the all black regime , but at the end the new black regime is no different , it is reverse racism at it's best .

We have a couple decent ones but the rest who are supporters of Chief Farrakhan are horrible because they did not take the time to watch and learn from the ones who worked and earned a promotion and even made arrest as captains on the road. Take the time top ask them if you see them around town or in NC they will tell you how much of a spineless pos we have and how he never had to earn anything in his life. Ask any of the real cops here and they will tell you who they are and how it was to work for them.

Morale is definetly improving with the cutting of those two lazy majors. We just need capt KN cut too. He is a cancer the guy has nothing positive about him. Everything with him is negative. Not to mention he's been hidden his whole career here. Help the department but overall help us.
