What happened to having a work ethic and coming to work, on time, and doing your job - especially love to squad member that always calls in before/after weekend/holiday...especially when you're already short people. Great example of a team player...

You are so right. My Sergeant never comes to work. Always takes off to work the stadium and Arena. It is total BS that we have to be short on the street (yes the Sergeant counts) so he can make more money. Why does staff allow this. Taking vacation time to work off duty should NEVER be allowed.
