You guys do not have a SWAT team that is true. Your team have crappy equipment, no training and no real area of responsibility. FHP no offense had no place at that incident, you guys never do any training for situations like this nor do you guys play well with any other agencies in the area. So it was probably the right move to just have you guys control traffic once the scene was secure.
