The issue was handled by a former Chief, No matter how it was handled it was done and the case closed. And lets not forget when the case was reopened by our current Chief. The investigation was a joke and several folks were pulled in to the mix for no reason and some of the named in the findings were retired for several years. Regardless of what AC down loaded or sent out he was already disciplined bottom line. The guy who talked the Chief in to reopening the case himself should have had his own IA cases reopened. If that was the case he would also be out of a job and waiting on his own arbitration.

I will never forget when DD laughed in AC's face and called him collateral damage , after DD was the one who started the fire when abusive his position in IA.
