Well, Well, Well look at this incident....Sure sound familiar to the one Troop E had when Good Sammy was the major. A Sgt. sucking and banging subordinates on duty & off duty. So D. Martinez should not be worried at all. Sgt. A. R. is now up for Lieutenant after she did nothing wrong according to the IA, Yeah nothing she only violated FHP, FDLE, and other policies set forward by DHSMV. So in retrospect, D. Martinez will have her job back and be promoted as Sgt. A. R. did in Miami. We truly are a bunch of hypocrites, when it comes to who gets fired and gets suspended from the outcome of IA's.

The IA did say she was wrong. But she went to arbitration and the arbitrator gave her the job back.
