Please do as all who are competent jail deputies and supervisors a favor and quit hiring morons for the jail. And stop passing them and dumping their sorry azzes on us if their FTOs fail them. How in the world do these lazy idiots get through the academy? Why are they not weeded out there before any more money is wasted on them? Substandard jail deputies have become serious safety and work efficiency issues so please stop hiring lazy morons who are unfit for duty in the jail environment. It's a little more challenging than that because it is a people management business. You have to wear a lot of hats and perform many different missions.
