Negligence and laziness and forgetfulness is a liability. Criminal at that. I bet if some blonde was there they'd have her in a secure arm bar. The mere fact it was a black male gave them the sense the life did not matter as much. This is a new world huckleberry get used to it black lives matter. And your procedures should recognize that.

It sure seems likely there will be another federal lawsuit naming Miramar, Williams, Waters and the officer that lost control of his prisoner. **** the BLM bullshit, Sharpton, however it's your responsibility to care for a prisoner that isn't free to leave.
Too bad so sad, welcome to the big leagues Dexter, let's see how long you last!
Sure seems likely that the buildings design is flawed. That's what happens when someone is in charge that has never made an arrest in his life.
One would think you have to account for prisoner's desire to get away and will do whatever means necessary to accomplish this.
Third floor seems completely asinine!!
Sorry, it's big money for the dead kids family.

The design of the building was done by the architect the city hired who had designed several police buildings.
The only person who f**ked up is the officer who didnt follow the procedure we showed all of you when we showed you the detention area.
Im gonna steal a line from another poster "You are a special kind of stupid!"
