Yes, how do you know so much about the NEW Chief? You are a stalker, stay away. No wonder there were a lot of sad, drawn out faces at the department. I hope he comes and makes MAJOR changes in every bureau. It is needed and long overdue. Now that it's official, let the mass exodus begin.
