Lessons HPD should learn from Dallas

This whole Dallas tragedy started with a cowardly cop in Minnesota who panicked and shot an innocent man, which escalated into the retaliatory killings of 5 cops and the wounding of 6 more in Dallas. Recorded on an iphone, that cop was so panicked it looked like he was debating whether or not to waste the girlfriend too.
Whereas the Minnesota incident reflected the spinelessness of one cop, Hialeah's cowardliness is institutionalized throughtout their entire department. Hialeah compensates for this cowardice by using these wolf pack tactics of waiting for at least 4 or 5 units to show up (no exageration) before the original unit can summon up the balls to get out of his vehicle to write the traffic ticket.
But when they do greatly outnumber somebody the collective courage kicks in, sometimes with tragic results. There were HPD cops pumping hundreds of rounds into the car in Miami Beach during Urbanfest a few years ago, and the guy they chased out to 27th avenue and when he was totally surrounded they pumped something like 100 rounds into his vehicle as he sat there . And the numerous HPD shootings where they kill somebody because the pussies "feared for their lives" And just this last week another person shot through the windshield because the HPD cop claimed he was afraid of getting run over. The history of HPD is loaded with these stories.
So far HPD has been lucky as there are not many African Americans in Hialeah to call them out for their actions, and the Cuban American population possess the same yellow DNA that the cops do. But with the prevelance of iphones and greater awareness of citizens it's just a matter of time before some cowardly act by HPD is caught on video and escalates out of control.
Maybe HPD needs to hire more Americanos and African Americans

Call us what you will but at the end of the day HPD will still take losers like you to jail and then go back to your place to **** your girlfriends and wives after. The only bad part about the shooting that happened in the springs is that officer didn't have the chance to kill those ****ing low life scum.
